Seit 2013 präsentiert Dr. Simone Wünschmann zusammen mit ihrem Ehemann, Herrn Univ.-Prof. Dr. Bernd Markert, ihre Werke für wohltätige Zwecke so auch für die SOS-Kinderdörfer weltweit, für die sie mehrere Patenkinder u.a. in Thailand, Indien, Libanon, Jordanien, Israel und Palästina (West Bank & Gazastreifen) finanziell und bildungsseitig unterstützen.
